Outside, garden, wild enough to not feel too much just like being in the yard.... What I notice Is that here even in these places of beauty that have been left treed and the bird song is much more evident.... the cars don't stop. It's almost as if being in the trees has amplified the sound of the cars, the traffic. I long for silence in those moments. I love hearing the wind in the trees, the various birds, that somehow.... I don’t know, they must hear each other, but they sing around and through each other like a woven fabric of bird song. It's so lovely to see just the blue sky blown clear of the pollution and the smog .... Where can I find silence? My whole being longs For silence .... .... ~ Centred on breath, grounding, and evocative and deeply healing guided meditations, Kimiko holds Virtual Healing Circles Monday mornings at 9 a.m. and Thursday evenings at 7 p.m. pacific.
